Well I've tried to not think about it...

but now I'm starting to get sad about it all.
A few good reasons why today would be a great day for a stork arrival.
*I have make up on.
*My laundry is done.
*I have absolutely nothing else planned for today or tomorrow for that matter.
*The floors are clean.
*I am out of chocolate.
*I even straightened my hair with the pricey product. ;0)
*The last words out of G's mouth before going to school was directions for me to stay home and wait for the call.
These past 2 days have been torturous. My girl is alive and every day I sit here in waiting, she sits in an orphanage without a family. I am slowly losing my mind, however, I'm thrilled beyond measure to hear that the 8th might be included as well! Please tell me I won't have to go through another weekend without any news. Somebody tell me how long it takes for the calls to begin after the stork takes flight. Seriously, I'm losing my mind.

Hi Tracey,

I am so over the moon for you, that when I got home from school today, I logged onto your site first to see if there was news of your precious baby! Hang in there, just a few more days :) Have fun with Colleen this weekend---

It's Tuesday....I don't see why they wouldn't be arriving before the weekend. Don't they usually overnight them?? I think if they sign them tonight....We should see them by Thursday or Friday at the latest!

I'm now also stalking my agency site - still has the matching update. Hang on - your so close - I know who the heck am I to say, I have no idea - I'll surely be loosing my mind if I was this close and now with our new path I can jump every time the phone rings. I wish I could bring you chocoloate :(

I'm not gonna tell you to hang in there cuz I know it won't help. Hopefully, you'll hear something tomorrow but if not ....Colleen will be a nice distraction for you. Just survive tomorrow and Thursday things will be a little better. A fun girlfriend and a cocktail has to make things better, right? :)

I think every agency handles all of this differently. Our agency gives us a call when they arrive, but then we have to wait 2 - 3 days until the english translations arrive before we can have a picture. Since we live in the same city as our agency, we will get to go there and get all of our information. They do not work on the weekends so if things are not here by tomorrow, I don't see us seeing anything until after the weekend. At least we will know a name and where she is from. I hope your agency give you some information, this waiting is driving me NUTS!!!!

Hang on girl. She's almost here!

Gotta be by the end of the week and I am still holding out some hope for tomorrow.

Oh, girl. If you think this part is bad I feel for you once you have seen that picture and wait for TA. That's enough to make you really lose that last marble.

OK what Mare said was funny.

Girlfriend...I wish I had the right words. There's none. Just drink. I'll be there soon to join you.

She is going to be worth every second of insanity. Swear.

I wish there were words I could say to calm your nerves but there aren't.

I know how crazy it can drive you. BTDT while we waited to see if our agency was ever going to find our daughter. Then last week we got the call for a beautiful nearly 14 month old little girl with CL/CP. I so wasn't expecting it and almost crumpled to the floor when I was told they had locked her file. There was definite uncontrollable sobbing. Now I'm climbing the walls waiting for PA and then after that a SCL. And then after that TA.

She will be here soon. Until then have a few beers and enjoy life as it currently is because it's going to change FAST!!

Hang in there....maybe if you don't do your hair and makeup, you will get the call?
