(I have a little something in the mail for you. It should get there today, if not, you'll get it when you get back!)

Good luck!!!!

It's all going to go by so fast. Try to take it ALL in, the sights, the smells, the people, everything. When we got home, I missed China so much! I would smell our clothes and the boxes things came in, just to take me back there momentarily.

I am just so excited and honored to be following along with your journey! I will be celebrating my 20th wedding anniversary this weekend, with a little getaway with my husband, but I will have the laptop to follow along each leg of your trip! He'll understand...we've been there!!!

I will be praying for a safe trip for you and J, for your boys who will be at home, and especially for little Emerson as she's handed to the couple who are going to love her forever.

Oh, shop, shop & shop till you drop. There is so much more I wish I would of brought home to have as she grows & to keep her culture a part of her life.

I know you are probably beside yourself today. I can't believe your journey to Emerson is about to end and your journey with her is just about to begin. Woo Hoo! Congratulations on making this long without going crazy - and I betcha you'll become one of those people who says...she is worth every minute of the wait and more! It is so much easier to see that on the gotcha side of waiting :) My best advice - soak it all up. THE trip of a lifetime :)!!!!

Tracey and family; I wish you all the best as you take this journey to bring your daughter home where she belongs now and forever.

You are going to do just beautifully. Being an experienced mom and one who has educated yourself will give you the insight to know how to navigate this new and beautiful relationship. Even though you and I have never met in person, I have looked forward to seeing you finally become a mother to wonderful daughter from China and if you ever need any words of advice or just an ear to listen please know that I am just an e-mail away. Safe and joyful journey my friend.
